Return Policy
For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

Products were purchased within the last 7 days

Products are in their original packaging

The following Products cannot be returned:

Supply of Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Supply of Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, are rapidly deteriorating or have passed their expiry date.

Supply of Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and whose seals have been opened after delivery.

Supply of Products that have been inseparably mixed with other products due to their nature after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Only regular priced Products can be returned. Unfortunately, discounted Products cannot be returned. This exception may not apply to You unless permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost during return shipment. For this reason, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return shipment.

Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you when the returned item is received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver sent the Order to themselves for later delivery to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
