Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between the parties whose information is specified below, [Wedsgift] (Seller) and Customer (Buyer), and has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer:
• Buyer is the person who purchases products/services through the website. The Buyer's contact information is accepted in accordance with the information provided during the order.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's https://www.wedsgift.com website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The information regarding the products/services ordered by the Buyer (product name, quantity, basic features, price, payment method, delivery address) is specified in the order form. This information is an integral part of this contract.

4. PAYMENT METHOD AND DELIVERY
• Payment can be made with [payment methods (credit card, money order, etc.)].

• The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer via cargo. The delivery period is realized within [delivery period: 3-7 business days)] following the confirmation of the order.

• The shipping fee belongs to the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via wedsgiftshop@gmail.com.

• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

6. RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
• During the return process, the shipping fee is covered by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated during the order.

After the right of withdrawal expires, return requests are accepted if the product is defective.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
• The Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted the product/service descriptions, payment and delivery terms located at https://www.wedsgift.com.

• If the Seller cannot deliver the product due to force majeure, it will inform the Buyer and refund the amount paid.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence are authorized.

9. ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this contract and placed an order. The contract enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
